I created this blog because:

1. Why not?

2.  To cover some news topics and opinions that are completely unavailable in English. To add some other content, I try to collect interesting articles from various sources and either translate them or post excerpts and link to them if they are also available in English.

The copyright policies of some site also allow the reposting of full articles, but these are not that common.
